The high reliability requirements of the new generation of communication products pose new challenges to electrostatic protection technology. In order to improve the anti-static level of communication products, promote the application of anti-static materials, and enhance the ability to control static electricity, ZTE Corporation held a seminar on static electricity protection technology for communication products with the theme of "Static Electricity Protection Escort Communication" at its headquarters in Shenzhen on September 5, 2024. Members of the National Static Electricity Standardization Committee, academic experts, and industry experts were invited to attend the exchange meeting to conduct in-depth discussions on anti-static standards, anti-static design, static electricity detection, anti-static materials, and static electricity failure analysis.

The Shanghai Anti static Industry Association was invited to organize a delegation of 10 people led by President Bi Gexiong, Vice President Huang Jianhua, and Executive Secretary General Xu Bin to participate in this meeting. Vice Secretary General Xu Bin gave a keynote report on "Practical Cases of ESD Protection", using practical cases as a starting point to elaborate on how to address the new challenges of electrostatic protection brought about by the development of semiconductor technology. Vice President Huang Jianhua and Director Hu Guangliang had in-depth exchanges on the specific issues raised by ZTE in actual production.

At the meeting, a ceremony was also held to honor the membership of ZTE Corporation Limited. On behalf of the association, President Bi Gexiong presented the board of directors of the Shanghai Anti Static Industry Association to Vice President Feng Wei of ZTE Corporation. As a leading company in the industry, ZTE Corporation's joining the Shanghai Anti static Industry Association will undoubtedly promote the association's strategic transformation of "user led industry development" and better promote the healthy development of the electrostatic protection industry.

After the meeting, the visiting delegation also visited the production line of ZTE headquarters and exchanged ideas with relevant management personnel on on-site electrostatic protection management.
